Shipping To Event:
If you need to send materials to the event ahead of time, please be sure to put your company name and booth number on the labels. Shipments will be accepted up to 3 days in advance of the event, no earlier than February 14th, 2020 @ 3:30pm
If you are sending pallets or other oversize items, please notify the Hotel with the weight and dimensions of the items.
